Ryanne is an Educational Chef & Certified Ayurveda Wellness Coach, with a Masters of Public Health and over 15 years experience teaching nutrition. She specializes in seasonal eating, herbal medicine, gut health, maternal and childhood nutrition.

Seeking a private cooking lesson in any of the following things: Thai cuisine, Ayurveda foods, holistic eating, eating for your dosha, eating in season, pre- and postpartum foods, or integrating herbs and spices into everyday cooking?
These are Chef Ry's specialities! If you have a subject matter along any of these topics, Ry will gladly teach you in the private gardens at Ry's Table. Assuming that your subject matter falls within the bounds of topics listed above. If for some reason you request a private cooking lesson outside Chef Ry's expertise, your appointment might be canceled.

This 2 hour Ayurveda Wellness Consultation will help you strengthen your relationship with food along your journey of self-discovery. This consultation also includes an additional follow-up by email or 30 minute virtual consult, of recommendations to heal and support a balanced life.
Please note that an Ayurveda Coach is not a medical doctor, unless otherwise certified, and serves only to educate in the system of Ayurvedic wellness.
