Mama we are so glad you’re here! We are postpartum for our entire lives after giving birth and it's easy to lose sight of the importance of this transition. Spend an afternoon being cared for in the beautiful garden at Ry’s Table. Come and be pampered through hands on care, restorative movement, meditation, quiet time, community building, tasty bites, tea, and take home gifts.
Join Ayurveda Postpartum Doula Chef Ry, along with Ida Musoni, a Birth & Postpartum Doula and ChildBirth Educator, and Shelley Fondren of Flexible Body Massage and Health.
Newborns and pre-crawlers may attend with mom. Please make childcare arrangements for your crawlers, toddlers and kids. We’d like this time to be focused on YOU! If you are in a bind and need childcare assistance we will assist you, add it on at checkout.
